What the cap actually means
Say 4,100 people mention your product in a week because someone posted it somewhere large, and you are on Solo. We read all 4,100 and work out which of them describe a real problem. We take the best 25, read those threads to the end, check them against the issues you already have open, and write them up.
The rest cost you nothing. Your card is charged $29. There is no overage line, no burst rate, and no invoice that turns up bigger than the last one.
The report says it in plain numbers: we saw 4,100 mentions this week and read the top 25. Moving up a tier is a decision you make, not a bill you receive.
What one finding is
Not a keyword alert. A finding names what a user ran into, links the post it came from, quotes the words they used, and tells you whether it matches something already open in your tracker. If you cannot check it in one click, we do not send it.
